This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you will work across data, strategy, and commercial teams to deliver insights that drive customer engagement, improve campaign effectiveness, and shape business decisions.
THE ROLE
As Associate Manager of Business Analytics, you will be a key member of the Retail Strategy & Analytics team. You will partner with Marketing, Digital, and Product teams to evaluate performance across customer touchpoints and deliver actionable insights that support merchandising, pricing, and customer experience strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
โข Analyze campaign and purchasing performance across acquisition, conversion, and retention
โข Build KPIs and dashboards to monitor customer lifecycle health and commercial outcomes
โข Partner with product and digital teams to test and measure strategic initiatives
โข Deliver insights to support merchandising, promotion, and loyalty strategies
โข Collaborate with eCommerce, in-store, and supply chain stakeholders
โข Present findings and recommendations to leadership and non-technical teams
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You will thrive in this role if you are analytically curious, commercially driven, and comfortable working with stakeholders across multiple departments.
Essential:
โข 3 to 7 years of experience in business analytics, retail strategy, or customer insights
โข Proficiency in SQL and Excel; Python or R is a plus
โข Experience using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
โข Strong understanding of customer segmentation, marketing funnel metrics, or loyalty programs
โข Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
โข Background in retail, CPG, or eCommerce preferred
