Role description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team. This role blends technical expertise, business acumen, and analytical insight to support CRM strategy, lead generation, and marketing performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, CRM systems, and digital marketing, with a preference for those familiar with the construction or e-commerce industries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ CRM & Lead Management
β’ Manage, cleanse, and analyze CRM data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
β’ Oversee CRM user permissions and troubleshoot data issues.
β’ Maintain relationships with third-party lead sources and ensure data consistency.
β’ Track and report on CRM-driven marketing initiatives and campaign performance.
β’ Data Analysis & Reporting
β’ Analyze market trends, lead sources, and user behavior to identify new business opportunities.
β’ Use analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics, GA4) to evaluate performance metrics and ROI.
β’ Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and board-level reports.
β’ Perform predictive analytics to forecast project outcomes and lead potential.
β’ Strategic Collaboration
β’ Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to inform business strategy, resource allocation, and client segmentation.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, IT, and external vendors to align data strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
β’ Support incremental growth with existing customers and acquisition of new customers through CRM initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Experience
β’ 3+ years in data analysis or e-commerce analytics.
β’ Preferred: 1β2 years in construction, architecture, engineering, B2B, or SEO campaign environments.
Technical Proficiency
β’ Power BI (required), Tableau, Looker Studio.
β’ Google Analytics (including GA4).
β’ CRM systems and campaign tracking tools.
β’ MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
β’ HTML, CSS, JavaScript (preferred).
Analytical & Business Skills
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Experience with ROI analysis and performance reporting.
β’ Financial and business acumen.
