About Us: Salesurf is a high-performance Amazon agency helping leading DTC brands dominate the marketplace. We were recently acquired by EVOQ Group to accelerate our next chapter of growth, and as we scale, we’re hiring a Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive new client acquisition. If you're entrepreneurial, persuasive, and passionate about ecommerce—this is your opportunity to make a major impact. What You’ll Do: • Develop a deep understanding of Salesurf’s Amazon service offerings and how we support growing ecommerce brands • Identify and qualify prospective clients through outbound outreach, referrals, inbound inquiries, and industry research • Conduct discovery calls, build strong rapport, and confidently communicate value to brand founders and marketing leaders • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, design, strategy) to align on growth goals • Manage leads and opportunities using our CRM, keeping pipeline activity current and organized • Track performance and continuously iterate on outreach and messaging • Represent Salesurf at ecommerce events, trade shows, and virtual meetups as needed What We’re Looking For: • 1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, partnerships, or account management (agency, marketing, or ecommerce background preferred) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust quickly with founders/CEOs • Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Close, Salesforce) • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments • Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or DTC brand marketing is a strong plus Compensation & Benefits: • $60,000 base salary • Commission structure (up to 10% on AGI from signed clients) • Potential Health benefits, 401(k), and other perks through EVOQ • Remote work flexibility • Career development opportunities within a growing organization • This is a contract opportunity to start, with the opportunity to evolve into W2.
