Role description
A global technology leader in precision positioning and workflow solutions is launching a major transformation initiativeโ€”and theyโ€™re looking for a Business Systems Analyst to help drive it forward. This is a long-term contract with multiple phases (Track 1 kicks off in September), and once the implementation is complete, the project will need a dedicated owner. Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Location: Livermore, CA HYBRID Compensation: $70-90/HOUR Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Job Description: ๐Ÿง  What Youโ€™ll Do: โ€ข Act as the functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. โ€ข Gather and document requirements for eCommerce and subscription management platforms. โ€ข Support the rollout of a newly acquired subscription platform (think Keylight, Zuora, Chargebee, etc.). โ€ข Perform light configuration and admin tasks in SAP Commerce and Keylight. โ€ข Help shape global business processes and training documentation. ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ What You Bring: โ€ข Prior experience as a Business Analyst โ€ข Bonus points for: โ€ข Exposure to subscription management platforms โ€ข Experience with SAP Commerce. โ€ข Basic familiarity with HTML or Typescript.
