Description Job Title: Buyers Assistant -SG Department: DBRoth – Reports To: Shlome Gross Overview We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and resourceful Buyer’s Assistant to support cross-functional teams and ensure flawless execution across Amazon, and other online marketplaces. This role includes updating website content, exploring the current market in the categories we target and assuring that we are up to date with our sales position. This role demands strong organization and clear communication. If you're detail-oriented and dependable with follow-ups, you'll feel right at home. Key Responsibilities Amazon & E-Commerce Support β€’ Open and track Jira tickets for new product/content projects. β€’ Upload and manage Amazon listingsβ€”product content, images, videos, translations, and manuals. β€’ Perform daily reviews of Amazon listings to ensure all content is active and suppression-free. β€’ Monitor reviews and feedback to flag product issues and support listing improvements. β€’ Create FBA shipments and track inbound status and receiving progress. β€’ Manage Amazon Advertising budgets and bid strategies across marketplaces. β€’ Maintain a promotional calendar and coordinate with teams on upcoming sales events. β€’ Assist with Amazon support cases in partnership with the team lead. Brand Website & Digital Content Coordination β€’ Create and manage a content schedule for website updates and blog content. β€’ Ensure all product assets (images, manuals, videos, copy) are live and up to date on the website and other platforms. β€’ Review the website weekly and follow up with developers on pending updates or fixes. β€’ Maintain calendars for PR and social media content initiatives. Product & Operations Support β€’ Maintain updated spec sheets, certifications, and product sell sheets. β€’ Monitor returns and defect rates; coordinate ordering of replacement parts or packaging with vendors. β€’ Read CS call logs monthly to identify recurring product issues and surface customer pain points. Reporting & Admin β€’ Take and distribute meeting notes and follow-ups across departments. β€’ Update sales forecasting sheets monthly with recent data to support planning. β€’ Keep all product compliance, documentation, and spec materials accurate and accessible. Qualifications Desired Skills and Abilities: β€’ Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) β€’ Punctual and strong time management skills β€’ Thorough, organized and attention to detail β€’ Excellent written and verbal skills β€’ Understanding of inventory management using online marketplaces and channels β€’ Ability to use software for product listing edits if needed β€’ Ability to work independently as well as with a team Physical Requirements β€’ Must be able sit for extended periods of time, stairs, reach, twist, bend, stretch, climb, walk and/or run Working Conditions β€’ Must be a self-starter and able to work in an office setting β€’ Must be able to work in a fast paced and diverse environment β€’ Must be able to perform work duties when specified in-office Requirements β€’ Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident β€’ Must be able to read, write and speak English β€’ Must pass a Background Check All applicants are subject to a background screening.
