About the Role
We’re looking for a commercial-minded video creator and editor to lead content production for our PGC accounts and influencer campaigns. This is not purely artistic filmmaking—your mission is to produce engaging, sales-oriented short videos that convert viewers into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, shoot, and edit high-performing short-form videos for our brand and influencer accounts;
Develop commercial video concepts and scripts aligned with product sales goals;
Direct and guide influencers during content shoots to ensure quality and brand alignment;
Analyze video performance and continuously optimize content for engagement and conversion;
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related fields preferred;
1–3 years of experience in short video shooting and editing; e-commerce or MCN experience is a strong plus;
Skilled in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar editing tools;
Strong understanding of short-form content trends and sales-driven storytelling;
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative team environment.
