Role description
Job Title: Campaign Marketing Manager Location: Manutan UK Verwood (3 days on site) Reports to: MD Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are looking for a proactive and creative Campaign Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, and direct mail (DM) channels. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be actively involved in campaign delivery, not just managing, but doing. You’ll be responsible for campaign planning, content creation, and asset management, with a strong emphasis on graphic design and visual storytelling. A working knowledge of HTML is highly desirable to support email builds and landing page optimisation. Some experience in print and production will also be beneficial. Main objectives: build the UK Brand, Drive Lead Generation and Sales. Campaign Strategy & Execution β€’ Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, email, DM) to drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue. β€’ Own the campaign calendar and ensure timely, coordinated delivery across all channels. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign messaging and creative assets tailored to B2B audiences. Creative & Design β€’ Create campaign visuals and assets, including social graphics, email banners, and DM collateral. β€’ Apply strong graphic design skills to ensure brand consistency and visual impact. β€’ Support print and production processes for direct mail and other physical marketing materials. Social Media Management β€’ Oversee the Social Media Executive to ensure consistent brand presence and engagement across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms. β€’ Guide content strategy, paid social campaigns, and community engagement. Email & Direct Mail Marketing β€’ Build and deploy targeted email campaigns using marketing automation tools (e.g., Selligent). β€’ Use HTML to edit or troubleshoot email templates and landing pages. β€’ Manage segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking. β€’ Coordinate direct mail campaigns, including creative development and data targeting. Performance & Reporting β€’ Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations. β€’ Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track ROI and customer journey metrics. β€’ Present data and recommendation for brand and sales to the leadership team. Team Leadership β€’ Mentor Social Media, supporting development and performance. β€’ Foster a collaborative, creative, and delivery-focused team culture. Skills & Experience Essential: β€’ Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within eCommerce or digital platforms. β€’ Strong track record of delivering integrated campaigns across social, email, and DM. β€’ Hands-on experience with campaign execution, including graphic design and asset creation. β€’ Familiarity with HTML for email and web content. β€’ Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms. β€’ Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills. β€’ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions. Desirable: β€’ Experience managing or mentoring junior team members. β€’ Some experience in print and production processes. β€’ Familiarity with UK data protection and GDPR compliance in marketing. β€’ Creative flair with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency
