Job Title: Adobe Campaign Specialist Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid โ€“ Monday / Wednesday / Thursday) Job Type: 6-Month W-2 Assignment (potential to extend) Pay: $35 / HR Our client, a global leader in data storage solutions, empowering consumers and businesses to reliably store, manage, and share their digital content is seeking a highly skilled Adobe Campaign Specialist with 4โ€“5+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign development (Classic and Standard). In this role, youโ€™ll lead the execution and optimization of dynamic, data-driven email marketing campaigns, working cross-functionally to support ecommerce, nurture, and drip programs. Your focus will be to deliver personalized customer journeys that drive engagement and growth across our digital ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: โ€ข Build and deploy email campaigns across ecommerce promotions, business rewards, and automated workflows. โ€ข Use KNAK to build, QA, and configure email designs prior to Adobe deployment. โ€ข Develop and maintain customer journeys and workflows in Adobe Campaign Standard. โ€ข Create customized, segmented audience lists using Adobe Campaign data tools. โ€ข Execute A/B tests on subject lines, design, and timing to optimize campaign effectiveness. โ€ข Collaborate with Creative, Copy, Analytics, and Strategy teams to align messaging with business goals. โ€ข Provide ongoing performance analysis, weekly dashboards, and campaign recaps. โ€ข Ensure integration of Adobe Campaign with other platforms like Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). โ€ข Troubleshoot platform issues and implement enhancements for scalability and efficiency. โ€ข Maintain clean campaign documentation and participate in knowledge sharing across teams. Required Skills & Experience: โ€ข A formal college degree is not required. Equivalent experience with demonstrated Adobe Campaign expertise is essential. โ€ข 4โ€“5 years of experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic and Standard), including configuration and deployment. โ€ข Expertise in audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and workflow creation. โ€ข Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and JavaScript. โ€ข Experience integrating Adobe Campaign with AEP and other data systems. โ€ข Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing performance metrics. โ€ข Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, technical, and data teams. โ€ข Familiarity with KNAK or other email-building tools/platforms. โ€ข Exceptional communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: โ€ข Adobe Campaign certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert โ€“ Campaign Classic). โ€ข Experience with relational databases and ETL processes. โ€ข Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
