Job Type: 3-Month W-2 Assignment (potential to extend)

Our client, a global leader in data storage solutions, empowering consumers and businesses to reliably store, manage, and share their digital content is seeking a highly skilled Adobe Campaign Specialist with 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign development (Classic and Standard). In this role, you’ll lead the execution and optimization of dynamic, data-driven email marketing campaigns, working cross-functionally to support ecommerce, nurture, and drip programs. Your focus will be to deliver personalized customer journeys that drive engagement and growth across our digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and deploy email campaigns across ecommerce promotions, business rewards, and automated workflows.
• Use KNAK to build, QA, and configure email designs prior to Adobe deployment.
• Develop and maintain customer journeys and workflows in Adobe Campaign Standard.
• Create customized, segmented audience lists using Adobe Campaign data tools.
• Execute A/B tests on subject lines, design, and timing to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Creative, Copy, Analytics, and Strategy teams to align messaging with business goals.
• Provide ongoing performance analysis, weekly dashboards, and campaign recaps.
• Ensure integration of Adobe Campaign with other platforms like Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Troubleshoot platform issues and implement enhancements for scalability and efficiency.
• Maintain clean campaign documentation and participate in knowledge sharing across teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
• A formal college degree is not required. Equivalent experience with demonstrated Adobe Campaign expertise is essential.
• 4–5 years of experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic and Standard), including configuration and deployment.
• Expertise in audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and workflow creation.
• Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating Adobe Campaign with AEP and other data systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing performance metrics.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, technical, and data teams.
• Familiarity with KNAK or other email-building tools/platforms.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Adobe Campaign certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert – Campaign Classic).
• Experience with relational databases and ETL processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
