We are looking for Certified Scrum Masters β digital and web-based solutions
Remote Roles β Must be currently living in the EST Time Zone (not open to all time zones)
Duration: 12+ months with possibility of longer term extensions.

Role:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams working on digital and web-based solutions, including inventory management, order/reorder functionality, e-commerce platforms, and web design projects. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience supporting cross-functional teams building customer-facing digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide 3 or more Agile teams through Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and QA to ensure timely delivery of features.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, self-organization, and accountability.
Track and remove team impediments, manage team capacity, and protect the team from scope creep.
Utilize metrics like velocity, burndown charts, and sprint goals to support forecasting and team performance.
Support backlog grooming and ensure user stories are well-defined and ready for development.
Champion Agile best practices while tailoring processes to meet team and product needs.
Facilitate collaboration across stakeholders including business, design, and engineering teams.
Help identify and address dependencies between teams, systems, or platforms.
Required Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Proven experience with web-based or digital projects such as:
E-commerce and ordering systems
Inventory and fulfillment platforms
Web design or redesign initiatives
Customer/vendor portals or digital dashboards
Experience in industries such as retail, logistics, healthcare, or software/SaaS is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint.
Experience with conflict and change management.
Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Design required.
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with UX/UI principles, front-end development cycles, or API-based integrations.
Experience with Agile at scale (SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model).
