Role Overview
As Chief Growth Officer, you’ll own the growth strategy for our expansion. This is a hands-on executive role for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, knows the creator economy intimately, and can lead teams across acquisition, performance marketing, and strategic partnerships. You’ll shape how we scale, who we bring on, and how we become the go-to destination for elite creators and their communities.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and scale all growth functions: creator acquisition, user conversion, marketing, and affiliate partnerships.
• Define and drive our go-to-market strategy, working cross-functionally to support revenue growth.
• Launch and scale growth campaigns across performance, influencer, organic, and referral channels.
• Own the entire creator funnel — from discovery and outreach to onboarding, activation, and retention for high profile talent.
• Build strategic partnerships with top creators, agencies, and affiliates to drive platform revenue.
• Manage and iterate on referral and ambassador programs that incentivize top-tier creator acquisition.
• Lead outbound initiatives including cold email, DMs, in-person networking, and event-based dealmaking.
• Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics: MRR, CAC, retention, LTV, conversion, and more.
• Represent the company at high-level industry events, creator summits, and media opportunities.
What You Bring
• 7–12+ years of experience in growth, business development, or marketing with a focus on digital creators or fan platforms.
• Track record of delivering 7–8 figure revenue growth through structured and creative growth systems.
• Deep familiarity with creator monetization, affiliate models, and the economics of fan platforms.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong instincts around conversion, attribution, and campaign design.
• Hands-on experience working with top 0.1% creators and large talent agencies.
• Comfortable building growth from the ground up — playbooks, pipelines, onboarding flows, and outreach.
• Proven ability to lead global growth across diverse markets and demographics.
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus.
