About the Company
Chief Marketing Officer / CMO / Senior Marketing Director needed by acquisitive, PE backed SaaS org within the eLearning space.
Home based, fully remote UK role. Sponsorship NOT available.
About the Role
The Chief Marketing Officer / CMO / Senior Marketing Director will take over the marketing function of 2 recently integrated organisations, with the intention to scale aggressively. The main focus of the Chief Marketing Officer / CMO / Senior Marketing Director will be to help the sales effort by generating substantial MQL for the B2B side of the business as well as drive SME & D2C sales via SEO and paid channels.
Responsibilities
Set the marketing strategy and lead a marketing team of 10-15 staff
Drive MQLs and D2C eCommerce sales
Be instrumental in helping with the post acquisition rebrand
Help drive international expansion, particularly in America
Own the commercial aspects of marketing including P&L, CAC, ROI for both B2B & D2C
Implement effective SEO & performance marketing plans and campaigns
Scale the demand generation engine, including sales enablement, GTM & product marketing initiatives
Support future M&A activity from a comms and branding view as well as help drive the partner sales effort
Qualifications
Performed a similar role for a scaling SaaS org, ideally within eLearning, HR Tech, L&D or the EdTech sectors
Required Skills
Have strengths driving MQL for a B2B SaaS org
An understanding of how to drive D2C or eCommerce sales and conversions (SEO etc)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Held a similar or -1 level role
