The Role We are seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to own and scale the entire product vision and roadmap for PIVIT. This leader will define how AI, social, commerce, and immersive technology converge into a category-defining platform. As CPO, you will work directly with the Founder/CEO and executive team to turn vision into product reality — at global scale. This is a role for a builder, innovator, and operator who can translate bold ideas into world-class product experiences that touch hundreds of millions of lives. Responsibilities • Vision & Strategy: Define and drive PIVIT’s multi-year product strategy across AI, media, commerce, payments, health, and education. • Execution at Scale: Lead cross-functional product, design, and engineering orgs to deliver at hypergrowth speed. • User Empowerment: Architect products that give users full control — from algorithm customization (CYA!) to parental oversight, ensuring safety, autonomy, and value creation. • AI Integration: Embed AVA (our AI assistant) and PIE (Personalized Intelligent Ecosystem) into every product flow, creating authentic, intelligent, and intuitive experiences. • Commerce & Monetization: Oversee launch of PIVIT Shop, payments, and wallet ecosystem — ensuring products drive revenue, loyalty, and global adoption. • Global Expansion: Build a product roadmap that scales seamlessly across markets, cultures, and regulatory frameworks. • Leadership: Recruit, develop, and inspire a world-class product team — top PMs, designers, AI specialists, and operators. • Board & Investor Engagement: Communicate product vision and milestones to investors, advisors, and sovereign partners. Ideal Candidate • Proven CPO/VP Product at scale (experience in AI, social platforms, e-commerce, or superapps preferred). • Track record of shipping category-defining products used by millions+. • Deep understanding of AI/ML integration into consumer experiences. • Experienced in building multi-sided platforms (social + commerce + payments). • Strong operator with pre-IPO and hypergrowth experience (Seed → Unicorn → IPO or beyond). • Exceptional storytelling and leadership skills — able to align founders, engineers, designers, investors, and users. • Global perspective with ability to operate across the U.S., MENA, and beyond.
