Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and relationship-driven Director of Influencers, Collaborations & UGC Content to lead and scale our influencer marketing program, strategic partnerships, and user-generated content initiatives. This role is central to building brand awareness, driving revenue, and fostering an engaged community through authentic storytelling and meaningful collaborations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, content-rich environment and has a deep understanding of the creator economy, brand partnerships, and social media trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing
β’ Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
β’ Identify, vet, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships across all tiers (nano to celebrity)
β’ Build and nurture long-term influencer relationships to drive brand loyalty and ongoing content creation
β’ Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, from briefing to content delivery, tracking, and reporting
β’ Collaborate with Paid Media team to amplify high-performing influencer content
Brand Collaborations & Partnerships
β’ Identify and execute brand-aligned collaboration opportunities with creatives, celebrities, tastemakers, and mission-aligned companies
β’ Drive the creative development and go-to-market strategy for product collaborations and co-branded campaigns
β’ Manage collaboration timelines, legal agreements, and partner communications
User-Generated Content (UGC) Strategy
β’ Own the UGC strategy and pipeline: identify opportunities to scale authentic customer content
β’ Build programs to incentivize customers and influencers to create branded content (e.g., gifting, contests, ambassador programs)
β’ Manage UGC rights management, content approvals, and usage across paid, owned, and earned channels
β’ Work cross-functionally with eCommerce, Creative, and Social teams to integrate UGC across the full marketing funnel
Leadership & Reporting
β’ Lead and mentor a growing team of influencer, UGC, and partnership managers/coordinators
β’ Build and manage the departmentβs budget, ensuring efficient ROI on spend
β’ Report regularly on KPIs, including reach, engagement, conversions, and community growth
β’ Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand at the forefront of cultural relevance
Qualifications:
β’ 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent relations, or brand collaborations; 2+ years in a leadership role
β’ Proven track record of executing successful influencer and UGC campaigns at scale
β’ Strong network of influencers, creators, and agencies in lifestyle, wellness, beauty, or fashion
β’ Deep understanding of social media platforms, UGC trends, and digital storytelling
β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
