As Chief Revenue Officer, you'll be responsible for:
β’ Driving and owning the entire revenue engine: Sales, Success, Marketing, Partnerships
β’ Aligning product velocity with monetization strategy
β’ Leading GTM strategy and execution across 50 US states, with a digital-first, data-powered growth system
β’ Partnering with the CEO on investor-facing strategy and IPO planning

Weβre Looking For Someone Who Has:
β’ 10+ years experience leading revenue orgs in SaaS / PropTech / Ecommerce
β’ Taken a company from $10M β $100M+ ARR, or pre-IPO β IPO
β’ Operated inside a world-class organization: Zillow, Opendoor, Shopify, Salesforce, Amazon, Redfin, Compass, etc.
β’ Proven skill in aligning data + product + sales for scale
β’ Obsessed with growth quality, cohort LTV, and compounding effect of operational clarity

β’ Experience with two-sided marketplaces
β’ Deep understanding of U.S. real estate or investment buyers market
β’ Built and led international revenue teams
β’ Understands growth playbooks beyond brute force β including product-led revenue loops
