Role description
Our client in the wellness industry is hiring a Chief of Staff! About the Role We’re looking for a Chief of Staff — a strategic generalist, problem-solver and swiss army knife who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and learn every part of the business. From building dashboards and analyzing performance to supporting go-to-market projects and strategic initiatives, this is a high-impact role at the center of Equip’s growth engine. You'll work closely with cross-functional leads across ecommerce, ops, finance, and brand to help drive smarter decisions, streamline operations, and unlock growth. This is a great opportunity for someone hungry to learn how a high-growth CPG business is run, end-to-end. What you'll do: • Collaborate with leadership to streamline and optimize day-to-day operations across all business functions. • Analyze performance trends across key business areas: ecommerce, Amazon, retention, CX, and paid marketing. • Build reports, dashboards, and models to inform decision-making (using Excel/Sheets, BI tool, or similar). • Own and drive strategic initiatives that span across marketing, product development, finance and operations. • Help lead strategic planning processes (forecasts, OKRs, quarterly reviews, channel strategies). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope new initiatives, pressure test assumptions, and track KPIs. • Identify inefficiencies in how we operate—and help solve them proactively. • Constantly ask “why” and find better, faster, more scalable ways to get things done. • Roll up your sleeves wherever needed—we’re a small team, and you’ll be a key pillar of the business. Requirements • 2–4 years of experience in an analytical, data-driven role at an ecomm brand or management consulting role. • Strong analytical toolkit - extremely comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, and ideally a BI tool. • Excellent communicator - able to translate data and strategy into clear takeaways and next steps. • Deep curiosity and ownership mindset - you take initiative and drive things forward. • Scrappy self-starter - you thrive in ambiguity and are motivated to figure things out. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects at once. • Entrepreneurial spirit and genuine interest in building a high-impact brand from the inside out. • Open to remote working arrangements.
