The Client Strategy Manager Role This role blends strategy, consulting, and client partnership. You’ll work directly with eCommerce brands to design AI-first growth strategies and guide them through execution. Success will require a combination of analytical thinking, business acumen, and relationship-building. What you’ll do • Design AI-First Growth Plans: Build strategies that drive measurable results: profitable revenue growth, stronger ROI, and new customer acquisition. • Act as the Client’s Advocate: Represent client priorities inside NetElixir, ensuring we deliver solutions that move their business forward. • Translate Data Into Action: Turn analysis into clear, compelling narratives that influence senior decision-makers. • Leverage Proprietary Tools: Apply our platforms (LXRInsights + LXRGPT) to run experiments and uncover new opportunities. • Strengthen Partnerships: Build long-term, trusted relationships that extend beyond campaigns into business growth. • Expand Accounts Thoughtfully: Identify opportunities to align client needs with NetElixir’s broader AI solutions. Who You Are • A strategist with strong business instincts and the ability to connect vision to execution. • A clear and confident communicator, able to distill complexity into simple next steps. • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and earning their trust. • Curious and analytical — you look for patterns and insights others might miss. • Commercially minded, with an eye on both client outcomes and long-term growth. Qualifications • MBA preferred. • 3–5 years in a digital agency, management consulting, or a similar client-facing strategy role. • Exposure to eCommerce, digital marketing, or AI/marketing tech is a plus.
