The brand prioritizes health, transparency, and environmental responsibility. Role Overview We are seeking a Co-Founder (Equity) – Authorising Officer to join our early-stage startup. This is a unique part-time opportunity to work closely with the founder on strategic growth, compliance, and business development initiatives, with a particular emphasis on supporting our UK Sponsor Licence application. Responsibility • Dedicate 1–2 hours per week for meetings and discussions on company growth and compliance. • Act as the Authorising Officer (AO) for our UK Sponsor Licence application. • Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities. • Support in developing sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition. • Assist in analysing business performance and identifying optimisation areas. Qualification • Must be UK-based and eligible to act as an Authorising Officer (must not be under immigration restrictions). • Strong analytical and research skills. • Background or interest in sales, marketing, wellness, or sustainability. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Self-starter who can work independently and remotely. • Passion for building something meaningful from the ground up.
