Role Description I'm looking for an experienced, visionary leader in fashion, e-commerce, or brand building to join as a Co-Founder with a meaningful equity stake, and potentially even majority ownership. You will take the reins of creative direction, operational strategy, and business growth. You’ll have the freedom and control to reshape and scale the brand with a head start. We’re looking for someone who: • Has proven experience growing a fashion/e-comm brand or startup • Deep understanding of digital marketing, DTC, retail, sales, finance, or operations • Strong creative instincts and brand-building savvy • Operational, leadership, and/or fundraising experience a big plus • Entrepreneurial drive with real founder energy; not just ideas or advice, but the hunger and grit to execute, lead, and grow something meaningful • Has the strategic vision and hands on ability to scale a business from early traction to sustained, profitable growth Pay/ What’s On Offer: • Equity stake (meaningful, negotiable) including potential majority ownership • Full creative and operational control • A brand with real assets, traction, and room to grow • No need to build from scratch, and start from a strong foundation
