What we do
Click Theory Labs is the home for builders. We’re a Venture Studio that rapidly launches new businesses. We focus on low cost of entry and bootstrapped companies. We find the right people, give them the tools, and build something together. If a business isn’t gaining traction we all move on to the next, when a venture shows promise we expand.
We’re hands on and bring company building excellence from a portfolio of Private Equity service firms. We build real businesses that make real money and get stuff done. We want a good outcome for everyone involved, we are NOT a venture capital firm and we’re not trying to return the fund. Some want to shoot for 10x growth, some are happy with steady gains, we’re here to support both business models.
We default to a services or “deployment” model when launching a business. Early cashflow enables us to further invest during the early days, and trigger snowball expansion while maintaining equity.
And finally, we’re here for our founders, co-founders, and Entrepreneurs in residence. When your ideas don’t work out, we make sure we learned something and move on to the next one together. We’re in the same boat, building together, always.
Role Description
This is more than just a job. This is co-founding a real business with 20-50% equity. You'll be a partner and operator of your own venture within Click Theory Labs. We'll give you resources and guidance from our established portfolio.
• Training, mentorship, and funding - you only need to bring the motivation
• Shared services (legal, accounting, marketing) so you can focus on building
• Multiple shots on goal - if venture #1 doesn't work, we try #2
This specific co-founder function will need to lead the GTM and business development efforts at a startup in the growth and revenue vertical.
While a salary for our cofounders is the number 1 priority of early cash flow, this will not start out with one. No financial investment is required as we will cover software and launch fees. Because of that, our cofounders are not required to start off full-time.

• GTM engineer who can drive B2B leads and sales
• Someone who's already built something (failed or succeeded, doesn't matter)
• Operators who think in weeks, not years
• Someone angry at how slow most companies move
• A hustler who puts their head down and gets to work
We don't care about:
• Your degree (our CEO dropped out at 19)
• Your resume (show us what you built last week)
• Your years of experience (we care about velocity)
• Your specialty (we'll find the right venture for your skills)
• Where you live
