● Build a book of accounts for long-term and repeat business, with a core focus on Fashion & Lifestyle, Personal Finance, Home Services, and Food categories.
● Negotiate competitive commission rates and explore monetization models best suited for different types of partnerships.
● Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Editorial, Ad Operations, Audience Development, Commerce, and Data to meet and execute on campaign objectives.
● Sell content and media campaigns across the New York Post’s suite of properties and capabilities.
● Work closely with our commerce content team to maximize revenue opportunities.
● Develop client relationships through continued communication and strategic optimization.
● Aim to deliver and exceed all quarterly budget goals.
● Respond to inbound opportunities and engage in proactive outreach.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
● Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., CJ, Impact, Rakuten, Google Analytics, Looker, etc).
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
● Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
● Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a passion for client success.
Note: The New York Post adheres to a hybrid work model.
Salary Range: $70,000–$100,000, depending on experience.
The role also includes a performance-based bonus ranging between $30,000-$40,000 per year.
At The New York Post we recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. As a result, our ranges reflect our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
In addition to compensation, the company provides eligible employees a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package, with a variety of physical health, retirement and savings, caregiving, emotional wellbeing, transportation, and other benefits, including “elective” benefits employees may select to best fit the needs and personal situations of our diverse workforce.
Pay-for-performance is a key element in our strategy to attract, engage, and motivate talented people to do their best work. Accordingly, offers extended for this role will include an annual bonus target. Similarly to salary, set annual incentive bonus targets are based on a variety of factors including competitive market practice, experience, tenure, and essential skills.
