Job Description
As Commercial & Marketing Director, you are the strategic leader and integrator of all revenue-generating functions (Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Revenue Management) uniting them into a single, high-performing growth engine.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you drive performance across all verticals (Rooms, F&B, MICE, Wellness, and beyond) ensuring optimal business mix, market share growth, and brand equity reinforcement.
Accountable for the hotelβs overall commercial and marketing results, you shape and execute strategies that deliver both immediate revenue impact and long-term positioning.
With a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality landscape, you craft compelling narratives, unlock new business opportunities, and attract discerning clientele. Leading with charisma and clarity, you inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration at every level.
Strategic Leadership
β’ You will be a key business partner to the GM, playing a pivotal role in shaping strategy, driving growth, and ensuring the hotelβs commercial success.
β’ Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and commercial strategies across all segments and channels.
β’ Lead the annual budget process and ensure monthly forecast accuracy in collaboration with the Revenue Management team.
β’ Anticipate market trends and innovate to capture emerging opportunities.
Sales Excellence
β’ Oversee all segments: luxury agencies, corporate, MICE, leisure groups.
β’ Cultivate key client relationships directly and through Accor Global Sales, consortia, and strategic partners.
β’ Represent the hotel at major trade shows, sales missions, and networking events.
Marketing & Brand Positioning
β’ Bring the brand promise to life at every guest touchpoint.
β’ Oversee PR, partnerships, campaigns, and social media to amplify visibility and desirability.
β’ Ensure consistency of storytelling and visual identity across all content and activations.
Ecommerce & Digital Growth
β’ Maximize performance across direct and indirect online channels.
β’ Ensure price parity and optimal channel mix.
β’ Leverage SEO, SEA, metasearch, CRM, and OTA partnerships to boost conversion.
Revenue Optimization
β’ Lead Revenue Management strategies, along with the Revenue Director to maximize RevPAR and overall profitability.
β’ Define and adjust the optimal business mix based on market dynamics.
β’ Monitor KPIs and deploy corrective actions proactively.
Team Leadership & Development
β’ Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams across functions.

Qualifications
β’ 10 to 15 years of experience in sales and marketing or revenue management.
β’ Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and commercial and financial acumen with a deep knowledge of transient, group, and catering segments.
β’ Excellent understanding of total hotel revenue management concepts, processes, and systems
β’ Proficiency in systems and tools such as RMS, PMS, CRS, analytics tools and CRM platforms
β’ Excellent personal management skills, including time management, meeting deadlines, effective communication, and presentation skills
β’ Proactive, client-oriented leader who inspires through action and communication
β’ A dynamic and driven personality, with a strong determination to succeed, while demonstrating discretion and tact in handling sensitive matters.
β’ Ability to work under pressure and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
