At Ounass, we are shaping the future of luxury e-commerce in the region. We are looking for a driven Digital Trading Analyst for Women's fashion to join our Digital Trading team. This role is central to supporting the function that owns the P&L of the business unit and is responsible for setting long-term strategy while coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve commercial goals.
What You’ll Do
As a Digital Trading Analyst, you will:
• Support the Head of Digital Trading and Digital Trading Managers in orchestrating tasks and tactical projects across planning, marketing, product, operations, and merchandising.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance vs. targets and budget—taking accountability for tactical campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis and performance reporting to support management decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with the Buying and Planning teams, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously optimize the assortment and customer offering.
• Facilitate and run weekly trade meetings, ensuring insights, learnings, and tactical plans are delivered across all functions.
• Resolve operational disputes where there is a P&L impact, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or retail with strong digital capabilities is essential.
• Proven skills in data analysis, reporting, and delivering impactful presentations.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables) and comfort with using data tools to drive insights.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
