About the Role
We’re looking for a driven hunter to open and close new business for our digital transformation solutions—Salesforce implementations, AI/automation, and enterprise e-commerce. This is a commission-only, 1099 contractor role with no base salary and uncapped commissions. You’ll prospect, qualify, run discovery with our solution architects, and own deals from first touch to close.
What You’ll Do
• Own the full sales cycle: prospect → discovery → solution mapping → proposals → negotiation → close.
• Build a targeted pipeline across Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Retail (U.S. East Coast focus).
• Run crisp discovery that translates pain points into implementation roadmaps (Salesforce + AI, or Shopify/BigCommerce e-commerce).
• Coordinate with delivery to scope accurate SOWs and implementation timelines.
• Maintain clean CRM hygiene (opportunity stages, notes, next steps, forecast).
• Hit weekly activity KPIs (new meetings, SQLs created, pipeline coverage).
• Represent Humming Studios with professionalism and urgency.
You’re a Fit If You Have
• 3–7+ years selling services/solutions (SI, consulting, or complex B2B tech).
• Proven hunter: outbound, social selling, and partner-sourced motion.
• Familiarity with Salesforce/AI implementation value props or enterprise e-commerce.
• Strong discovery, business case building, and objection handling.
• High ownership mindset—comfortable with commission-only compensation.
• Excellent written/spoken English; Spanish or German is a plus.
