Role description
About Milly Grace Milly Grace is one of the UK’s fastest-growing jewellery brands, loved for our distinctive, high-quality waterproof pieces designed for women who never want to take their jewellery off - because jewellery should be as ready for real life as the women who wear it. We’ve built a loyal community and a strong brand presence – now we’re entering our most ambitious growth phase yet. What started at a kitchen table has grown into a thriving, female-led brand loved by thousands across the UK and beyond. Our run clubs, meet-ups, and events bring together women who inspire us daily. These moments are at the heart of Milly Grace - because our jewellery isn’t just about how beautiful it looks, it’s about the life you live while wearing it. You’ll work directly with our founder Emily, alongside our Social Media & Content Executive, building a community that not only loves our jewellery but feels part of the Milly Grace journey. The Role This is a people-first role. One moment you’ll be chatting with customers at a local run club; the next you’re coordinating ambassador content, sending PR, or helping drive creator strategy. You love building relationships and connecting creators, community, and performance. Your goal? To ensure Milly Grace is not just seen, but felt, every day. Key Responsibilities • Build and manage influencer & ambassador relationships from discovery and gifting to campaign collaborations. • Lead our ambassador programme; keep creators valued and incentivised while delivering measurable results. • Generate and distribute product kits, manage samples, and oversee rewards and incentives. • Own content briefs and activations to drive consistent, performance-focused content creation. • Take ownership of daily community engagement across Instagram and TikTok with meaningful, on-brand interactions. • Create engaging moments that matter - from grassroots activations to online campaigns and offline events. • Help grow TikTok Shop and TikTok Live as sales channels, working closely with the Social Media & Content Executive. • Build and manage monthly comms calendars, content briefs, and incentive programmes to keep the community engaged. • Track and report weekly on influencer, community, and TikTok Shop performance; test, iterate, and optimise to improve ROI. • Ensure product sampling, creator rewards, and asset management are tightly run and performance-focused. About You • 1–2 years’ experience in influencer marketing, community management, PR, partnerships, or a related role. • A natural organiser who can juggle multiple moving parts with precision. • Performance-minded - excited by data and results as much as creative ideas. • A relationship builder who turns connections into growth. • Creative and proactive — with fresh ideas for community activations and incentives people genuinely care about. • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable without traditional management structures. • Skilled in content - confident briefing content, capturing community-led moments, and ensuring brand alignment. • Confident using platforms/spreadsheets to track campaigns, relationships, and results. • Exposure to e-commerce, retail, or social-first brands (ideal but not essential). • Strong written and verbal communication skills; clear in DMs and briefs. • Bonus: experience with affiliate-style creator programmes. What We Offer • Competitive salary (expected £30–35K base salary depending on experience). • Performance-based incentives. • The chance to shape how Milly Grace connects with creators and community at scale. • A collaborative, high-energy environment where your ideas matter. • Directly working with the founder - see what it takes to build a brand from the inside. 📍 This is a full-time, in-person role based in Leeds. We are not seeking remote workers, freelancers, or agencies. Why Now Milly Grace is at a pivotal stage of growth. The right person will make a visible, lasting mark and see their work directly impact sales, community, and brand presence from day one.
