This fast-growing 8-figure eCommerce brand is redefining the sleep industry with cutting-edge anti-snoring and sleep solutions, and they’re scaling fast. They’re looking for a high-performance Paid Social & YouTube Ads Specialist to lead performance across Meta, YouTube, Applovin and TikTok, as well as explore any emerging social platforms that will lead to faster growth.

YOUR MISSION
To own and scale our YouTube and paid social channels end-to-end — from strategy to execution. You’ll ensure every creative asset reaches the right audience with the right message and landing page, tested rigorously to drive maximum performance. You'll be hands-on: launching campaigns, managing budgets in real time, scaling channels simultaneously, and anticipating creative needs before they arise.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta, TikTok, Applovin, and YouTube campaigns to drive scalable customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Build and maintain scalable ad account structures that support fast creative and audience testing
• Lead creative performance analysis: identify winning hooks, angles, and formats, and partner with creatives to iterate rapidly
• Optimize for CAC, ROAS, and revenue targets while managing daily budget pacing and performance trends
• Analyze performance data across attribution tools (e.g. GA4, Triple Whale) and platform dashboards to surface actionable insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and funnel teams to ensure performance alignment across the customer journey
• Proactively engage with platform reps (Meta, TikTok, Google) to troubleshoot issues
WHO YOU ARE
• You have extensive experience in media buying with a strong portfolio of Meta, and YouTube success stories for DTC brands
• You have a deep understanding of direct response and conversion-focused advertising, and know how to collaborate efficiently with the creative team
• You don’t wait for data to come to you - you go after it and act on it fast, making sure you’re hitting CAC and MER goals
• You have launched high volumes of ads per week and understand the necessary steps to keep things efficient
• You do the right thing (even when no one’s looking) and bring a contagious energy to every interaction
• You have experience working with and escalating through in-platform support
• You’re excited about exploring new platforms that will continue to diversify acquisition
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST MONTH
• Take full ownership of paid media channels such as Meta, TikTok, Applovin and YouTube
• Gain a deep understanding of the brand’s products, target audience, and funnel structure
• Learn how marketing is currently done, including the creatives, funnels, and performance structure
• Begin spotting new opportunities across creatives, audiences, and campaign strategy
• Communicate clearly and regularly with the broader team, bringing insights and momentum
• Show urgency in reacting to issues or underperformance — you’re on top of the account daily
• Be proactive about reporting, communicating and setting strategy
