Role description
Hushday β the first premium private sales platform in the Middle East β is looking for a rare hybrid talent: someone who can build and engage our community on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and at the same time shape our visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
This is not your classic community manager role. Weβre looking for someone who combines social media instinct, creative storytelling, design excellence, and influencer management β a true creative partner for the brand.
π― What youβll do
β’ Community Growth & Engagement
β’ Develop and execute content strategies on Instagram (core), TikTok, and Snapchat.
β’ Animate our community with bold, trend-driven ideas, ensuring Hushday stands out in the luxury/fashion space.
β’ Track performance, test new formats, and optimize for engagement and growth.
β’ Content Creation & Storytelling
β’ Create engaging, premium content: reels, stories, campaigns, brand moments.
β’ Shoot and edit videos (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
β’ Spot and adapt to social media trends while keeping our luxury tone of voice.
β’ Creative & Graphic Design
β’ Design all digital assets: banners, newsletters, campaign visuals, event branding.
β’ Ensure brand consistency and elevate our premium look & feel across all platforms.
β’ Act as a mini art director, bringing a strong aesthetic sense and eye for detail to every piece of content.
β’ Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
β’ Identify and engage with relevant influencers and KOLs in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.
β’ Manage gifting, seeding, and influencer collaborations to amplify brand awareness.
β’ Build lasting relationships with key content creators to position Hushday as the go-to luxury shopping community.
β’ Strategic Creative Direction
β’ Collaborate closely with the CEO and marketing team to align creative with brand strategy.
β’ Contribute to defining the visual identity and artistic direction of Hushday.
β’ Suggest fresh ideas to position Hushday as a trendsetter in premium e-commerce.

β’ Proven experience in community management (Instagram required, TikTok/Snapchat a strong plus).
β’ Strong portfolio in graphic design (digital assets, campaign visuals, newsletters).
β’ Skilled in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) and video editing (CapCut, Premiere).
β’ Experience in influencer marketing (sourcing, gifting, collaborations).
β’ A natural creative storyteller with an eye for luxury/fashion aesthetics.
β’ Startup mindset: agile, resourceful, not afraid to get hands-on.
β’ Based in Dubai (or willing to relocate).
