Job Title: Community & Social Growth Manager Location: Hybrid / DTLA Department: Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Reports to: Head of Ecommerce Job Summary: We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Community & Social Growth Manager to lead our efforts in building an engaged, loyal audience across social media platforms as we re-brand. This role is responsible for growing our online presence, deepening relationships with our customer base and setting a defined strategy that will support our overall brand and business goals, driving awareness, engagement, traffic and sales. Key Responsibilities: Community Building & Engagement • Foster a fashion-forward digital community centered around brand ethos. • Actively engage with followers, customers, influencers, and style enthusiasts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.). • Support and scale our community influencer program, encouraging user-generated content and organic brand love. • Identify opportunities for brand collaborations and partnerships Social Media Growth & Strategy • Develop and execute tailored growth strategies for each platform with a strong focus on visual storytelling and viral potential. • Curate trend-driven content that’s engaging and aligns with brand story and campaigns. • Own the content calendar and collaborate with creative, digital marketing, product, and influencer teams to deliver timely, on-brand messaging. • Monitor and report on KPIs such as follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and community sentiment. Influencer & Creator Partnerships • Identify and build relationships with relevant fashion influencers aligned with our brand ethos that drive conversions. • Coordinate contracts, collaborations, gifting campaigns, and takeovers that drive reach, credibility and conversions. • Amplify influencer content and ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand tone. • Manage creator platforms like LTK or ShopMy Trendspotting & Social Listening • Stay ahead of fashion and platform trends • Monitor brand sentiment, customer feedback, and competitor activity. • Help evolve our brand voice to stay relevant, elevated and empowering. Qualifications: • 5 years of experience managing social and/or community for a fashion or lifestyle brand. • Passion for women’s fashion, styling, and digital culture. • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. • Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills with a sharp eye for aesthetics. • Experience using social scheduling tools • Proven track record of growing social communities and driving meaningful engagement and social attributed sales.’ • Experience with Shopify • Comfortable managing the LTK and / or ShopMy platforms • Bonus: Knowledge of fashion industry cycles, influencer marketing, or event-based community activation.
