Creative Strategist – Consumer Brand (Remote / Los Angeles) -Remote with some on-site needs β€” MUST live within one hour of LA -Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder. A fast-growing consumer brand is seeking a Creative Strategist to help drive performance marketing and scale advertising efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for direct-response marketing, creative concepting, and social-first content. Responsibilities β€’ Develop creative briefs that lead to high-performing ads and compelling brand storytelling β€’ Develop ad concepts that focus on clear, measurable calls-to-action (e.g., purchases, sign-ups). β€’ Ensure all creative assets are optimized for platform-specific direct-response formats (e.g., Meta ads, TikTok hooks, YouTube pre-rolls) β€’ Continuously A/B test headlines, visuals, and copy to maximize click-through and conversion rates β€’ Collaborate with creators and editors to produce engaging video content β€’ Ensure all creative assets are optimized for platform-specific direct-response formats (e.g., Meta ads, TikTok hooks, YouTube pre-rolls) β€’ Monitor industry and social media trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook β€’ Generate new concepts, angles, and ideas designed to drive measurable conversions β€’ Partner with analytics teams to evaluate performance and optimize creative output Qualifications β€’ 3+ years in creative strategy, advertising, digital marketing, or e-commerce (experience in beauty industry a plus but not required) β€’ Experience with direct response or paid social advertising β€’ Strong copywriting and creative concept development skills β€’ Deep knowledge of platform requirements (e.g., TikTok’s β€œhook in the first 3 seconds,” YouTube’s skippable ad format, Meta’s creative best practices). β€’ Provide examples of campaigns that achieved quantifiable outcomes β€’ Familiarity with UGC content creation and influencer/creator platforms β€’ Working knowledge of design or editing tools β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment β€’ Passionate about marketing, content, and growth
