Role description
Job title: Web Content & CMS Specialist Location: London (on site 3 days per week) Contract length: 6 month initially (long term scope for the role, extensions to facilitate) Pay rate: £250.00 per day About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Web Content & CMS Specialist to join our Digital team. In this role, you’ll be the subject matter expert on our content management systems and website tools, helping to deliver seamless online experiences for our customers. You’ll own the creation and optimisation of website content, from setting up pages and components to implementing SEO improvements, while ensuring every update reflects our brand standards. Acting as a brand guardian for a selection of our brands, you’ll collaborate closely with design, development, and QA teams to bring digital campaigns and offers to life. What You’ll Do • Manage and publish website content using CMS tools, including building pages, components, and content slots. • Configure and set up promotional offers, ensuring compliance with brand specifications, qualifications, exclusions, and T&Cs. • Support QA processes, testing and validating content to meet technical and brand guidelines. • Implement SEO and search recommendations to improve site performance and visibility. • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality across assigned brands. • Collaborate with Digital Design, Creative Studio, Brand, and other teams on cross-functional projects. • Contribute to process improvements and share best practices within the content team. • Present work and recommendations to stakeholders, communicating clearly and confidently. What We’re Looking For • Experience in web content management or eCommerce. • Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Magento, Shopify, or similar). • Basic skills in HTML, CSS, SEO, and accessibility principles. • Experience setting up offers and understanding business logic/website mechanics. • Comfortable working with designers, developers, and QA teams. • Familiarity with workflow tools such as JIRA. • Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving, tech-savvy mindset. • Strong organisational, communication, and presentation skills. • Able to deliver under pressure and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Enthusiastic, collaborative, and eager to contribute to team success.
