About Boosted Commerce
Boosted Commerce (founded in 2019) is a digitally-native, CPG platform focused on acquiring and building new, fast-growing beauty, health, and wellness brands. We are a seasoned team of traditional retail and ecommerce operators already scaling several consumer brands with proven product-market fit.
We’re looking for a highly creative, trend-savvy Content & Trend Strategist to join our marketing team. This person will serve as the eyes and ears of our brands—fully immersed in what's performing across the industry—and translate those insights into high-converting content strategies and scripts. Your ideas will directly fuel influencer campaigns, UGC initiatives, and paid ads across multiple brands.
What You’ll Do
• Stay fully immersed in the digital content landscape, identifying top-performing trends across TikTok, Instagram, and competitor brands
• Research and track organic and paid ads relevant to our portfolio, spotting opportunities to innovate or iterate
• Write compelling, performance-focused video scripts tailored to each brand's tone, positioning, and goals
• Hand off finalized concepts and scripts to Creator Communication Specialists to brief and activate with affiliates and influencers
• Analyze post-launch performance and make strategic content recommendations based on what’s working
• Inform creative strategy for both organic influencer campaigns and paid media initiatives
• Support creative content planning for affiliates and influencers across FoxyBae, Asterwood Beauty, Vital Vitamins, and other Boosted brands
What We’re Looking For
• A strategic and creative thinker with deep knowledge of what performs on TikTok, Instagram, and other short-form platforms
• Obsessed with trends, content strategy, and identifying hooks that convert
• A strong communicator with the ability to write clear, persuasive scripts aligned with brand tone and performance objectives
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple brands and timelines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Experience & Skills
• 2+ years in a content strategy, creative marketing, or influencer-focused role
• Experience creating or briefing scripts for UGC, influencer content, or paid ads
• Strong understanding of content performance metrics and platform nuances
• Familiarity with tools like TikTok Creative Center, Meta Ads Library, or FastMoss AI is a plus
• Experience in beauty, wellness, or personal care categories preferred
