Role description
• Design, build, and optimize full-funnel experiences—pre-landers, landing pages, PDPs, cart, and checkout—primarily in Shopify and PageFly. • Launch and analyze A/B and multivariate tests using tools like Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize. • Dive deep into Shopify analytics. Write and optimize copy: headlines, product positioning, and micro-copy that drives conversions. • Own weekly KPI reporting and turn learnings into testable hypotheses. • Build a CRO playbook- into scalable SOPs. Requirements Must-Have Experience • 3+ years of CRO experience with DTC or marketplace brands women's apparel • Deep Shopify knowledge • PageFly (or similar builder) mastery—able to wireframe, build, QA, and push live. • Demonstrated ability to boost CVR/AOV (bonus for before/after stats). Nice-to-Haves • Experience scaling subscription or replenishment funnels. • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Postscript, or other post-purchase upsell tools. • Comfort with AI content/code tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.). • Understanding of affiliate or influencer funnel reskinning.
