Our global banking client is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Assistant Manager to join their Customer Engagement team. This position will focus on enhancing the digital experience for customers through data-driven insights and testing. As part of the team, you'll analyse customer interactions with the bank's digital services, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with various teams to implement and test changes. Using tools like Adobe Target, you'll work to personalise customer journeys and enhance the overall digital experience. Key Responsibilities β€’ Analyse customer data to identify issues and areas of opportunity. β€’ Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance and effective risk management. β€’ Use Adobe tools to run tests and experiments aimed at improving the customer experience and achieving business objectives. β€’ Track and report on test outcomes, providing valuable insights to key stakeholders. What We’re Looking For β€’ A customer-focused mindset with strong analytical skills. β€’ Basic understanding of UX, CX, and digital best practices. β€’ Experience in website optimisation, web analytics, digital marketing, or campaign management. β€’ Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing campaigns. β€’ A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
