We are seeking a dynamic CPG Digital Marketing Director to lead strategic initiatives that drive brand growth and revenue within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and culinary industries. This role oversees a large marketing team, manages external agencies, and develops strategies for multiple upcoming product rollouts ranging from high-end to mass-market offerings on an international scale. The position requires a balance of strategic leadership, creative direction, and hands-on management to ensure cohesive brand identity, maximize campaign ROI, and deliver measurable business results.

CPG Digital Marketing Director Duties
β’ Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand vision.
β’ Lead planning and execution of multiple international product rollouts with distinct positioning and target audiences.
β’ Manage and mentor an in-house marketing team, including project management, graphic design, social media, video production, and cross-functional collaboration.
