Role description
Location: East London (On-site, Monday–Friday)
Salary: £40,000 + Monthly Bonus (£300–£350) + Performance Bonuses (Summer & Winter, £2–3K)
The Company
A well-established, international health and beauty company is seeking a talented Creative Artworker to join its in-house design team. With over a century of experience and a global footprint, this company blends innovation with craftsmanship, offering the successful candidate a rare opportunity to shape creative across three expanding lifestyle brands—including hairdressing, barbering, and a new beauty venture.
The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. Working closely with the senior designer and two marketing team members, the Creative Artworker will be involved in digital and print-based projects—from social media assets to exhibition graphics, brochure layouts, and motion content.
You’ll play a key part in rolling out branded creative for both established and emerging product ranges. With new salon design concepts, a major dental website launch, and an exciting beauty brand on the horizon, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working across a diverse portfolio and can jump seamlessly between creative tasks.
What You’ll Work On
• Social media content, digital banners, and motion graphics
• Exhibition and salon space design visuals
• Product launch support across various European markets
• Brochures, flyers, internal communications, and some print materials
• Contributions to a new e-commerce beauty platform
The Person
This role suits a confident and adaptable designer who is as comfortable speaking to the Managing Director as they are with warehouse staff. You should have at least 5 years of professional experience, either agency-side or in-house, and a strong grasp of design principles, layout, and visual storytelling. A sensitivity to brand, an eye for detail, and a collaborative, respectful approach are all key.
A working knowledge of 3D software is highly desirable—particularly in salon or interior design—but a passion to learn and get involved is just as valued. Whether you’re designing for fashion-forward hairdressing clients or clean and clinical dental equipment, your work will need to strike a balance between style and substance.
Key Skills & Experience
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Basic to intermediate 3D software (e.g. SketchUp, AutoCAD, Shade 3D, or similar) - not essential but willingness to learn
• Strong layout, typography, and retouching skills
• Experience producing for both digital and physical environments
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
Culture & Benefits
• Friendly, down-to-earth team with a diverse and long-standing workforce
• 35-hour working week with a 5pm finish
• Monthly and seasonal bonuses
• Company-wide shutdown over Christmas
• Free on-site parking and a relaxed, non-corporate environment
This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark in a growing creative team at a thriving, well-respected company. If you’re ready to bring your design expertise to a role where variety, ownership, and personality are valued—this could be the perfect fit.
