Role description
What you’ll be doing
• Owning end-to-end production of content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta ads
• Generating creative ideas based on social trends, brand goals, and campaign briefs
• Filming me, our products, recipes, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Editing short-form videos optimised for engagement and conversions
• Creating ad variations for A/B testing and performance optimisation
• Managing posting schedules and maintaining a content library
• Coordinating small shoots and occasionally booking freelancers for bigger productions
What I’m looking for
• Proven experience filming and editing high-performing social-first content (portfolio required)
• Confident in directing non-actors/founders on camera
• Skilled in editing vertical video with strong storytelling and hook placement
• Knowledge of adapting creative for both organic and paid ads
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
• Up-to-date on social platform trends and content formats
Nice-to-haves
• Motion graphics / After Effects skills
• Experience with food, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand content
• Experience managing other creatives or freelancers
