Reporting to the Senior Manager, Photo Production, the Creative Production Assistant will support Brand Producers with budget management and financial planning, as well as assist in the end-to-end production of E-commerce and Campaign photo shoots, amongst other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong verbal communication and organizational skills, possess high attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions
β’ Collects data to ensure efficient Shoot planning and estimates, helps schedule talent and crew resourcing, submits purchase orders, processes invoices, and tracks or routes projects in D365.
β’ Reviews, validates and reconciles CONCUR expense reports.
β’ Analyzes expenses against individual Photo Shoot budgets and overall Production budget in alignment with changing needs, ensuring reporting accuracy.
β’ Organizes and processes incoming billing, receipts, vendor and independent contractor invoices for payment.
β’ Endeavors to learn photo content and broadcast production process and workflows with the capability to understand and adhere to brand objectives.
β’ Coordinates assigned projects within Production processes and timelines from pre-production to creative asset delivery.
β’ Assists Producers with set locations, editorial project schedules and calendar management of assigned projects, including photography, content, and video.
β’ Proactively identifies opportunities to improve tools, systems and processes while collaborating with appropriate Production partners to drive innovation and improvement.
β’ Assists with researching talent and locations to drive and manage the creative vision
β’ Supports pre-production organization including bookings, castings, fittings, location scouting, weather analysis, travel, props, catering, customs paperwork, and more.
β’ Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
