We’re looking for a driven and creative Creative Strategist to join our team. If you're passionate about storytelling, social media, and e-commerce - and eager to break into the world of direct response marketing - this is your opportunity.
You'll work closely with experienced marketers to help craft compelling ad content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, all with one goal: to help e-commerce brands grow. 📈
🧠 Key Responsibilities
• Develop scroll-stopping ad concepts and copy for paid social campaigns
• Collaborate with designers and editors to produce cohesive, high-performing creatives
• Analyze ad performance data and iterate to improve effectiveness
• Stay up-to-date on trends in social media, pop culture, and direct response advertising
• Learn and apply various brand voices and customer personas
• Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute fresh ideas
• Support A/B testing for hooks and messaging strategies

• Strong writing skills and an instinct for attention-grabbing social content
