We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of online advertising principles who is able to come up with innovative new angles and strategies to create high performing social media ads so that clients achieve maximum ROI.

Requirements π―
π€ Fluent English (C1 and above- written and verbal).
π₯οΈ At least 4+ years experience working in Online Advertising (specifically related to TikTok, Meta ads for DTC brands).
π± Experience working at a performance marketing/creative agency is highly preferable.
π₯ A strong understanding of the creative and production process is preferable (creative editor, content creator, creative producer).
ποΈ Experience creating video and static ads as well as brand assets (product photos, lifestyle photo edits, design mockups for box/product, etc is highly preferable.
π₯ Experience leading a creative team is highly preferable.
π Copywriting experience is preferable.
π Proven experience in a data driven role.
π₯ Experience managing and analysing client accounts.
π Exceptional attention to detail.
