About Us Inflection Growth is a boutique agency that partners closely with a select group of clients to help brands scale sustainably through smart creative strategy and data-driven marketing. Our collaborative team delivers tailored solutions for high-growth eCommerce brands across categories like kids and baby products, health and wellness, performance apparel, and food & beverage. We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to drive high-impact ad campaigns by aligning performance insights with creative execution. You’ll work cross-functionally with our creative and performance teams, managing the creative roadmap with data driven strategy while keeping production focused, efficient, and inspired. Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the creative sprint roadmap across multiple clients (typically 3-4 new assets per client per week), ensuring all creative work aligns with performance goals and brand priorities. • Translate performance data into a clear creative direction, whether it’s refining messaging, recommending new ad formats, or identifying patterns that lead to wins across accounts. • Support and empower the creative team (designers & video editors) by helping them prioritize, stay focused, and grow as performance-minded creatives. There is a heavy emphasis on project management and making sure the team has what they need without burning out. • Collaborate closely with paid media teams to troubleshoot performance issues, optimize creative direction, and iterate based on real-time results. • Present regularly on client calls, sharing learnings, optimizations, and upcoming creative initiatives. • Write or guide high-performing ad copy while building repeatable processes for matching messaging and visuals in fast-paced sprint cycles. • Lead creative brainstorms and learning sessions to keep the team fresh, aligned, and inspired by what’s performing well across the DTC and ad landscape. • Protect the team’s focus and creative energy by helping triage requests, manage timelines, and avoid burnout. • Cross-pollinate winning strategies across accounts, sharing insights that help everyone stay sharp and ahead of industry trends. Desired Outcomes 30 Days - Fully onboarded and confident navigating internal systems (Monday.com, Motion, BI dashboards) with internal team rapport and a solid understanding of client accounts, creative workflows, and team dynamics. 60 Days - Own the creative sprint roadmap across 6–7 clients and lead weekly standups, turning performance insights into clear creative direction and briefs. Your training leader will be leaving for maternity leave shortly after this so be ready to take on all client and internal support fully. 120 Days - Independently managing all creative output, utilising repeatable systems for testing, creative reporting, and sprint planning. You’ll be relaying creative & data insights to partners while managing creative team sprints and advocating for their capacity. 1 Year - Fully own and drive creative strategy and project management across the agency while improving creative performance and driving measurable impact. You’ll have developed and scaled the internal creative systems and process with the opportunity to hire additional team members for growth, as needed. Candidate Qualities Some must-have qualities we’re looking for: • 2+ years experience managing creative or cross-functional teams, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment • Strong project management skills; able to drive timelines, align stakeholders, and lead creative workflows from concept through delivery • Strong creative strategist who understands what makes performance ad creative work, and can guide direction across multiple iterations • Deep understanding of Meta ad platform best practices; bonus if familiar with TikTok, Pinterest, or Google • Comfortable interpreting performance data and translating insights into clear creative direction and next steps • Background in creative or media buying (or both) - you’ve walked in those shoes, even if it’s not your current role • Confident communicator who can present to clients, share insights, and guide strategic conversations • Regularly report performance insights to clients, bridging creative results with strategic recommendations. • Collaborative, low-ego leadership style with a belief in team thinking • Passion for consumer psychology, creative trends, and what’s performing in the DTC space • Bonus: Copy chief instincts - can oversee messaging with support from AI tools and other team members • Bonus: Design or video editing skills for quick mockups or references Compensation, Availability & Bonuses • Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually. Potential for performance incentive over time. • Full-time role, 100% remote, primarily working in ET. • Preferred candidates in North, Central or South America.
