Up to £45,000 | Hybrid (Surrey – 2 days/week in office)
Are you ready to take the lead on impactful CRM and email marketing strategies for a growing electronics brand? This role offers the chance to own the full lifecycle of campaigns – from concept to results – while working in a collaborative and creative environment.
About the Role
You’ll partner with the Marketing Manager to design and deliver targeted, high-performing email campaigns that drive engagement and sales. You’ll manage everything from segmentation and automation to testing and analysis, ensuring every send is optimised for maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and enhance the company’s CRM platform
• Plan, create, and deliver engaging email campaigns
• Use data insights to refine strategy and improve results
• Build and maintain automation and segmentation workflows
• Work closely with other teams to align messaging and maximise impact
About You
• Proven experience in email marketing and CRM (ideally eCommerce/D2C)
• Comfortable running campaigns end-to-end
• Strong analytical skills paired with creative flair
• Proficient with CRM and analytics tools
• Highly organised and detail-driven
