3+ FTC role
Retail: Home Interiors D2C
Fully remote role
β’ Weβre really pleased to be supporting this client on their latest hire, CRM Specialist, reporting into their Head of CRM.
β’ Initially this role is on a FTC basis, 3-6 months. Ideally looking for an immediate start.
β’ This is a fully remote role.
This is a really exciting Home Interiors brand β stores and ecommerce. UK Markets.
An established brand that has been through significant growth in the past 5 years.
Multi-million turnover brand. Private Equity backed which makes this moment for them the best time to join β with so much investment being put into the brand and marketing team.
Some impressive hires across the Marketing & Digital team from C Suit/ Head of to Manager. Creating a fantastic working culture, a real collaborative team that has huge success as a remote business. Head office if you prefer to be in the office.
In this role, youβll support the performance of the CRM channels: email, DM, SMS and Push, whilst supporting new automated customer experience and journeys.
Supporting in the build (template) and design of the assets, supporting the Head of pushing segmentation and automation strategies. A hands on role.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
β’ Support the brands overall CRM strategy, tracking itβs performance and keeping CRM as a key channel as part of the overall digital strategy.
β’ Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted campaigns.
β’ Optimise the retention strategy for the brand, building customer loyalty.
β’ Support on the creative and content of the email campaigns, and CRM campaigns.
β’ Report on CRM campaign success and improvements and strategic aims. Communicating findings to senior stakeholders within the business
What I am looking for:
β’ Extensive experience within CRM, including eCRM and core acquisition automation programmes.
β’ 3 years+ within CRM, working on a number of different ESP is ideal.
β’ Creative campaign delivery and content
β’ Knowledge of customer segmentation.
β’ Experience within with data, data in separate teams to create a single customer view.
