The Retention Lead will... • Own and scale retention marketing, driving repeat revenue through CRM, email, SMS, and CRO strategies. • Optimise automated email flows and high-converting campaigns to boost customer lifetime value. • Enhance subscription retention by reducing churn and increasing upsell opportunities. • Leverage data-driven insights to personalise customer experiences and improve engagement. • Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Creative teams to build best-in-class retention strategies. Essential Skills: • Proven experience in DTC retention marketing, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth. • Expertise in CRM, email automation, and lifecycle marketing (Klaviyo experience preferred). • Data-driven mindset, with a strong ability to optimise campaigns based on performance insights. • Experience managing subscriptions and driving customer engagement in an eCommerce environment. • Creative thinker with the ability to execute high-impact retention initiatives.
