Role description
CRM MANAGER - GAMBLING UP TO £50,000 FULLY REMOTE – You must be a UK resident to apply COMPANY This international online gaming and sports betting operator has been running for over 20 years, with a strong footprint in regulated and emerging markets. With around 100 employees worldwide, it delivers a wide range of sportsbook and casino products, focusing on user experience, localisation, and engagement through data-driven CRM and digital marketing. Operations span across Europe and Latin America, with the UK as a key market and Mexico as one of its fastest-growing regions. THE ROLE This is a high-impact CRM leadership role where you’ll shape and execute the retention strategy across multiple markets, with a strong focus on the UK. Reporting into the Head of Casino, you’ll also work closely with senior stakeholders, including direct exposure to the CEO. You’ll take ownership of CRM campaigns and lifecycle strategies, managing a small team while remaining hands-on with execution. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to deliver personalised, data-led communications that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
