Position:
This is a great opportunity to join our Team as CRM Manager. This role forms part of the eCommerce team, responsible for crafting digital journeys which inspire, educate and convert our global community of Mountain People. Working alongside multiple departments and stakeholders, the CRM Manager will play an integral role in a rapidly growing, industry-leading D2C channel.
The CRM Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and optimising Rab’s CRM strategy to increase brand awareness, build customer loyalty and drive sales through D2C.
Key Responsibilities of the CRM Manager (including but not limited to):
• Develop and manage an engaging and inspiring CRM strategy which incorporates both global and targeted campaigns for different customer segments, working closely with the wider marketing team to ensure content and messaging is aligned across channels
• Work alongside the business to achieve its wider brand and campaign goals, so that DTC, retail and brand objectives are met
• Develop and manage an exciting CRM strategy for Rab’s Pro Program to engage and convert industry professionals which aligns with the strategy and plan set out by the Pro Program manager
• Support in the implementation of, and responsible for, the on-going management and optimisation of a CRM platform to build stronger customer relationships and improve retention rates
• Increase brand loyalty and engagement through developing automated customer journeys including welcome and post-purchase, targeted for different customer segments
• Responsible for creating briefs for copy and assets needed for each campaign, managing the delivery of these assets and using them to build campaign content
• Responsible for analysing performance against key goals, delivering action-led reports in weekly trade meetings and implementing strategies to maximise / overcome opportunities and risks highlighted
• Work alongside the eComm team to define, deliver and implement a new membership program to drive brand engagement and build customer loyalty
• Manage any digital communication agencies or providers
Requirements:

Essential
• Experience of delivering and managing an engaging and on-brand CRM strategy
• Proven experience of customer segmentation and building targeted customer journeys
• Experience of working effectively with marketing and design teams to build and deliver exciting and inspiring email campaigns
• Adept at analysing email campaign performance against KPIs, building reports and creating action plans in response to the current trading environment
• Experience of managing a CRM platform and utilising to strengthen customer relationships
• Can showcase experience of building strategies to grow email database and aid retention
• Ability to create detailed briefs to support the design and copy teams in the creation and delivery of campaign content
• Experience of working in a similar brand led role in an online D2C retail environment
• Exceptional team player with strong planning and organisational skills
• People and project management experience
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• A passion for the outdoors and a real understanding of the brands and the needs of outdoor users
• Ability to plan, organise, prioritise and meet multiple deadlines
• A willingness to work extra hours and weekends as required
• A full and current driving licence

• Experience within the outdoor industry
• Recognised marketing qualifications
