About The Role We're looking for a results-driven CRM & Marketing Automation Manager to own and optimize our customer lifecycle marketing. You’ll be responsible for building automated journeys that increase conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value. You will work closely with the sales team to align campaigns around MQL and SQL goals, ensuring we’re nurturing leads effectively through the funnel. Using tools like HubSpot, Braze, or similar, you’ll create personalized, scalable experiences across email, SMS, and WhatsApp. What you’ll be doing β€’ Designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp β€’ Building and managing lead scoring models to define and track MQLs and SQLs β€’ Aligning CRM activities with sales and performance marketing to improve conversion across the funnel β€’ Creating and managing customer segments and behavioral triggers to drive engagement β€’ Analyzing campaign performance, segment health, and LTV to optimize results β€’ Owning the marketing automation platform: workflows, integrations, and performance tracking β€’ Supporting onboarding, upselling, and re-engagement campaigns to drive retention and revenue β€’ Maintaining clean and enriched CRM data for accurate targeting and reporting Who we're looking for β€’ 4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation β€’ Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive β€’ Deep understanding of lead scoring, MQL/SQL, and lifecycle management β€’ Strong segmentation and A/B testing experience β€’ Analytical mindset with the ability to present campaign results and insights β€’ Bonus: HTML email editing or experience working with APIs/integrations What we offer to our employees β€’ Fixed salary + bonus fee β€’ High-quality and sought-after product that is pleasant to develop β€’ Best business cases and strategies for our partners β€’ Experienced and friendly team β€’ High level of flexibility and independence Apply for this role
