BimmerTech - We sell Do-It-Yourself technology upgrades and services to BMW owners all over the world. We give our customers more reasons to enjoy their cars every day and we love it. BimmerTech is a small team of enthusiasts located in Poland, USA and Dubai who joined forces to build a strong and internationally recognized company. Park assist cameras, navigation systems, smartphone integration and car audio upgrades are just a few types of innovative high-end products we offer. We have a presence both online and in our new Orlando showroom. Who are we looking for? A motivated and organized CRM & Online Sales Coordinator to help us take our online sales to the next level. This person will lead the setup and day-to-day management of the CRM platform, support online sales efforts, and help automate and improve how we communicate with our customers around the world. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves turning chaos into structure and enjoys working at the intersection of sales, customer experience and technology. What will you be in charge of? β€’ Selecting, launching, and configuring a CRM system from scratch to support our sales and customer communication processes. β€’ Keeping the CRM system organized and optimized for team use. β€’ Coordinating the use of the CRM within the sales team - making sure everyone uses it effectively and consistently. β€’ Automating key parts of the sales funnel, such as follow-up emails and reminders. β€’ Supporting sales activities through channels like e-mail, chat and phone calls. β€’ Helping plan and coordinate special offers, product bundles, and promotions. β€’ Analyzing sales and customer data to improve processes and boost results. β€’ Working closely with sales and marketing teams to make sure tools and processes work together smoothly. β€’ Training and supporting sales team members. What do we expect from the candidates? β€’ Experience with CRM systems. β€’ Good understanding of online sales and digital customer journeys. β€’ Knowledge of sales funnels, sales technique and customer communication. β€’ Experience in e-commerce. β€’ Strong organizational skills. β€’ A problem-solving mindset and willingness to improve existing workflows.
