About Storypod With offices in Miami and Orlando, Storypod is on a mission to help parents, grandparents, and educators ignite children’s love of learning through screen-free, interactive audio edutainment. Our magical Audio Learning System won several industry accolades (Academic's Choice Award, Good Housekeeping Parenting Award, STEM.org, NAPPA, et al.) and became a smash-hit for parents and kids alike. Children can interact with Storypod through multiple age-appropriate ways - lovable yarn-figurines, read-along books, interactive learning cards, and collectible tokens - that trigger immersive stories, music, and learning content. We are looking for a well-rounded & detail-oriented CRM / Retention Manager to support Marketing initiatives critical to the growth of the company. Your Responsibilities • Supporting CMO to strategize and spearhead Marketing projects and initiatives beginning at post-purchase of the customer experience that drive customer retention and repurchases, including but not limited to: • Product packaging & insert design and messaging • Email, SMS, and direct mail marketing including segmentation by purchase behavior / customer type • Loyalty & Referral programs • Social, Community & Brand Ambassador programs • Reputation management and reviews • Customer surveying and feedback • Planning and updating our Marketing Calendar (Email, SMS, Blog posts, et al). • Reporting on core Marketing KPIs from all campaigns Our Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business studies, marketing, or a comparable area • Minimum three years of experience in a Digital Marketing role • A/B testing mind-set • Experience using mainstream marketing, ecommerce, and project management tools (eg Asana, Slack, Yotpo, Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva) • An affinity for e-Commerce and customer retention / relationship management • Excellent oral and written command of the English language What do we offer? • Generous PTO (23 days per year for full-time staff) • Benefits include health/dental/vision • A professional and diverse team in a dynamic start-up environment • A chance to be part of the next revolution in children’s audio “edutainment” • Supportive and fun remote workplace environment
