About Us: Blikket is a specialized eCommerce growth partner with $150M in proven results, helping brands from early-stage to multinationals achieve higher conversions and lasting growth through tailored digital experiences. What You'll Do: Data-Driven Optimization • Proactively analyze client data to identify conversion opportunities and pain points • Use analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure campaign results • Urgent problem-solving: Jump in to diagnose and fix CVR issues on the spot when clients need immediate help • Track and optimize key metrics: CVR, AOV, LTV across client portfolios eCommerce Expertise • Shopify optimization: Know exactly what levers to pull to increase conversions • Stay current on eCommerce trends, platform updates, and market developments • Apply UX principles to improve customer journey and checkout experiences • Identify opportunities for A/B tests and conversion experiments Cross-Functional Leadership • Work directly with design and development teams to execute optimization projects from concept to completion • Speak up confidently about what works and what doesn't work based on data • Present findings and recommendations to clients with clear, actionable insights • Self-reflection: Acknowledge when strategies don't work and pivot quickly Team Collaboration & Growth • Mentor team members on CRO best practices and data interpretation • Share knowledge and insights across the team • Participate actively in team discussions and strategy sessions • Help establish data-driven culture across all client work What We Need: • Proven eCommerce CRO experience with measurable results (Shopify preferred) • Strong analytics skills: GA4, Shopify Analytics, heat mapping tools, A/B testing platforms • UX knowledge and understanding of user behavior and conversion psychology • Direct client interaction experience - comfortable presenting data and recommendations • Project management skills - ability to see initiatives through to completion • Market awareness - stays updated on eCommerce trends and optimization strategies • Communication skills - can explain complex data in simple terms • Growth mindset - willing to admit mistakes and learn from failures • Collaborative nature - team player who shares knowledge freely What Makes This Role Special: • Growth opportunity: Start part-time, scale to full-time based on performance • Direct impact: Your insights will directly influence client success and revenue • Learning environment: Work with experienced team and top-tier eCommerce brands • Autonomy: Freedom to implement your CRO strategies and methodologies • Variety: Work across different industries and business models Success Metrics: • Measurable improvements in client CVR, AOV, and LTV • Quick resolution of urgent conversion issues • Successful collaboration with design/dev teams on optimization projects • Positive client feedback on data insights and recommendations • Team knowledge sharing and mentorship contributions Compensation: • Competitive hourly rate based on experience with potential for full-time salary + performance bonuses as role expands.
