Job Title: CSR: E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist Department: Operations Reports To: General Manager Location: Webber Electronics – North Ridgeville, OH Rate: $18.50 hourly (negotiable) Position Summary: The E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist supports Webber Electronics’ online sales and shipping operations. This role manages product listings, pricing updates, advertising support, and order processing for platforms like Amazon and our company website. The position also handles all outbound shipment preparation, including labels, packing slips, and documentation. This role acts as the bridge between online orders, the warehouse team, and accounts receivable—ensuring smooth order hand-off from fulfillment to invoicing. It is a hybrid administrative and operational position that helps streamline how we serve customers and ship product. Key Responsibilities: • Manage product listings, pricing, and content on Amazon Seller Central and the company website • Support advertising campaigns and promotions on Amazon, as directed • Process online orders and prepare all outbound shipments using Shipping interface (UPS, Fed Ex, ShipStation, etc.) • Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and special documents (e.g., CODs, commercial invoices) • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate shipments • Communicate shipment status and handle basic customer follow-ups as needed • Support order entry and admin tasks as part of the customer service process • Assist AP/AR with confirming shipments for invoicing and closing out orders Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized across multiple tasks • Quick learner who is comfortable being trained on new systems and workflows • Professional, friendly communication skills—especially in customer-facing situations • Familiar with basic digital tools (web portals, spreadsheets, shipping platforms) • Comfortable working in both an office and light warehouse setting • Able to take direction, follow through, and work well with others • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, ShipStation, or similar platforms is a plus—but not required • Prior exposure to shipping or customer service is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person
